Behind the scenes, keeping thousands of members and instructors on schedule depends on a back-end platform that can manage bookings, classes and operations without missing a beat. And in the competitive premium health club market, reliability isn’t an option – it’s part of the brand promise.

The challenge

Third Space’s old system was slowing them down. It carried features staff didn’t use, lacked intuitive workflows and suffered outages that left members frustrated and instructors unable to do their jobs.

The solution

Talk Think Do designed and built Atlas: a cloud-native platform in Azure using .NET, SQL Server and Redis. They streamlined functionality, migrated live operational data with zero disruption, and launched the platform in a seamless, single-release go-live.

But building a complex, high-volume system was only half the job. With members logging in at all hours, Atlas needed a support model that matched. That’s where JAM stepped in.
