Founder and CEOSam is the CEO at Just After Midnight. He previously held senior roles at digital agencies across EMEA and Asia Pacific for over 10 years before founding the business. Sam loves working with the great team we have here at JAM building the complete modern managed service provider.

Co-founder and CEO ANZKris is CEO at Just After Midnight ANZ. Kris has worked in digital for over 20 years, for the much of it as a member of the executive team of international digital agency Reading Room leading its growth and sale in 2015. Kris shares a passion with Sam and the rest of the JAM team for building enduring, differentiated and exciting businesses with a culture that their people and customers can’t resist.

Technical DirectorArif has been in the IT industry for over 12 years, both as a trouble shooter and technical developer. Certified in Microsoft and Amazon Web Services, he focuses on the infrastructure of digital businesses and applies this knowledge to how he architects the best solutions for our clients. Arif is digitally agnostic but does specialise in Linux and Microsoft, along with server-less solutions.

Starting her career as a web developer has equipped her with expert knowledge of the technology sector. Since then, she has worked with a wide range of SMEs, NGOs, Non- Profit Organisations, FMCGs such as Nestlé, and Government bodies to deliver high impact digital assets - from brand websites, web and mobile applications, through to social applications and digital campaigns. She also speaks fluent French!

His specialist subjects include .NET and PHP Application Support, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, Kubernetes and Docker amongst many other things. He works with our Singapore team to design and deploy AWS and Azure solutions for our global clients.

He was a founding member and Head of Technology in Managed Services division of award-winning digital agency Adelphi Digital. Juan was instrumental in building and mentoring the MS teams in Singapore and Australia. He is passionate about cloud computing as well as providing excellent customer service experience to our clients.
