I just submitted an application, what now?
We go through all the applications we receive within a week and if we think you’ve got what it takes we will follow these few steps:
- We will send you a few questions to answer, nothing tricky, we just want to get to know you better and make sure we are suited for each other.
- We generally set up a video call for the first interview. This is usually an informal chat before setting the face -to-face interview. Its a chance to hear more about the role, ask questions and tell us more about yourself and what you are looking for,
- We’ll invite you over to our offices (if possible) and we will have a more in-depth session to find out more about your skills, experience and interests. This is a great chance for you to find out more about us as well.
- If you are applying for a senior role, you will be invited for a final interview with one of our CEOs.

Can I apply for a job in a country I don't live in?
Yes you can, however preference will be given to successful candidates who have a right to work in a particular country.
