Our mission is simple: to be the best support partner that brands and agencies have ever had.

We’re looking for individuals who care – we’re a family at Just After Midnight and look after our own, working together to produce the best outcome for the fantastic agencies and brands who partner with us. Frequently Asked Questions

  • We go through all the applications we receive within a week and if we think you’ve got what it takes we will follow these few steps:

    1.  We will send you a few questions to answer, nothing tricky, we just want to get to know you better and make sure we are suited for each other.
    2.  We generally set up a video call for the first interview. This is usually an informal chat before setting the face -to-face interview. Its a chance to hear more about the role, ask questions and tell us more about yourself and what you are looking for,
    3.  We’ll invite you over to our offices (if possible) and we will have a more in-depth session to find out more about your skills, experience and interests. This is a great chance for you to find out more about us as well.
    4. If you are applying for a senior role, you will be invited for a final interview with one of our CEOs.
