Our Solutions Architects are the brains behind the solutions we design for our clients. When our clients need us to design the perfect solution architecture, understand the best DevOps practices and tools to use for the job, our Solutions Architects are the front-line.
A hands-on consulting role for those that can, you might be a developer looking to take the next step up or you’ve been there and done it but still love getting your hands dirty with consulting, designing, implementing and even supporting cloud services for web applications on AWS, Azure and other cloud platforms.
You will most likely be working at an agency or for a client directly as a SysAdmin/SysOps lead or a technical developer (maybe .NET / php) and feel you are ready to take a step up into designing how applications and infrastructure should be architected, the practices and tools that should be used and how it should be monitored to ensure uptime. You may have worked with Sitecore, Kentico, Umbraco, Drupal and similar platforms in one way or another. We’re also interested in people that have broader custom web application knowledge going beyond websites to transactional applications of all kinds.
Skills and Tech:
You may have Computer Science degree or similar educational qualifications and be working with some of the tools and platforms listed below:
Core: Azure, AWS, Sitecore, Microsoft Servers, Linux Servers, SQL Databases (MySQL, MSSQL, MariaDB, MongoDB).
Others: Jenkins, Kubernetes, Chef, Atlassian, Splunk, Nuget, Chocolatey, Cloudwatch, App Insights, Sitecore, Umbraco, Kentico, Sitefinity, Adobe AEM, Drupal, WordPress, Magento, CDN, SOLR, Redis (or equivalent caching application). You might have some experience in Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform, CloudFormation or ARM Templates.
