The role

We’re looking for someone to run our Just After Midnight in North America. This is an exciting role and a very senior position. A great opportunity for someone to be a partner in one for the fastest growing next-gen managed service providers. The chief growth officer role is strategic and will shape our positioning and grow our footprint in North America. We already have an established client base in the USA and Canada and your role will be focussed on nurturing these relationships and forging and growing new ones across North America.  We are looking for someone an entrepreneurial nature and someone that knows the digital agency landscape. This person shall work directly with the board of Just After Midnight.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for the region
  • Drive commercial growth with marketing and sales activity supported by the group
  • Management and growth of the existing accounts
  • Lead and grow an initially small team of solutions architects and developers
  • Participate actively in the one global team approach of Just After Midnight

About you

The perfect person will come with digital agency experience, likely in a senior level or a new business commercial capacity. You’ll also have a great knowledge of a number of customer experience platforms (think Sitecore, Adobe, Drupal, Umbraco etc.) and public cloud including AWS and Azure. You’re well connected in the industry and will have a network of people that you can speak to about the business from day 1.

You’re entrepreneurial in nature and you’re looking to do something a little bit different. You’ve got a can-do attitude and you’re excited by the idea of working in a very fast growing company in a competitive space with the benefit of having had people tread the same path in other global regions. With a  good few years of experience under your belt, you want a position where you can be challenged and have the potential to transform a business.
